Job Description Step into the Mixer: A Day in This Role

Start your shift by reviewing the daily production schedule, prepping mixer switches and valves, and staging materials by formula. With scales and other measuring tools, you follow detailed batch tickets—measuring exact amounts, adding ingredients in the specified order, and running the process to turn raw materials into finished adhesive products. When the batch is complete, you discharge it for packaging and clean the mixer and surrounding area. Throughout the day, you’ll also support special projects that keep our mixing operations running smoothly.
