Role Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Paint Supervisor to oversee robotic welding, paint, and assembly operations. This leadership role focuses on ensuring high-quality production, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards while meeting customer delivery requirements. The supervisor will collaborate with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve issues and maintain optimal processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production teams in welding, paint, and assembly areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety.
- Monitor production quality and take corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Oversee accurate processing of all production documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve methods and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster growth and engagement.
- Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM & Friday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Required Experience
- Experience in powder coat or liquid paint manufacturing.
- 2+ years as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production control systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
