Pay: $17.00/hour

Hours: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join a fast-paced industrial manufacturing team in Pittsburg, KS. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous workflow in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Inspect running film for flaws, splices, and quality defects
- Remove completed product from machines
- Clean machines, pumps, and workstations to meet sanitation standards
- Pull stock and materials from storage as needed
- Complete and maintain all required production reports
- Uphold departmental housekeeping and cleanliness standards
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk 10+ hours per day
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Computer proficiency required
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Minimum 2 years of recent machine operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
