Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Load Research Technician in Tempe, AZ!
Summary:
Are you detail-oriented and tech-savvy? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Load Research Technician to support a leading organization. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring accurate and efficient data processing that impacts customer service, load research, and billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interrogate interval data meters and process data using validation, editing, and estimation (VEE) techniques.
- Store processed data in databases for use in customer data requests, load research studies, and special contract billing.
- Produce data in tabular and graphical formats for publication.
- Map new residential, commercial, and industrial loads for new customer data.
- Develop monthly performance indicators, including variance calculations for sales and revenue quantities.
- Complete special projects as assigned by supervisors or planning analysts.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred (Associate’s degree or less).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry or technical data processing.
- Familiarity with interval data or utility industry processes.

Pay Details: 27.00 per hour
