Job Details:
\n
• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Occasionally work 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM shifts when needed
\n• Up to every other weekend and holiday coverage as required
\n• No call responsibilities
\n• Patient ratio of 4:1 for all shifts
\n• Care for all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
\n• Handle approximately 180 visits per day in a 58-bed emergency department
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS
\n• EPIC charting system experience required
\n• STEMI and Stroke facility experience required
\n• Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
\n• Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
\n• Complete 36 hours of orientation
\n• Care for special populations including cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health patients
\n• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy
\n• May be required to float to other campuses within the health system if needed
\n• Complete non-billable modules averaging 2-4 hours during orientation

The facility maintains advanced capabilities for treating complex cases including trauma, neurological emergencies, and behavioral health patients, supported by a full range of ancillary services and interdisciplinary teams.
