ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Paint Supervisor will lead a team of maskers, painters and mixers in successful execution of daily production plans. This position is directly responsible for:
• Day-to-day production
• Manpower planning and development
• Adherence to quality plan
• Operator performed maintenance
• Adherence and execution of preventative maintenance through collaboration
• Hands on role, considerable amount of time will require physical presence on production floor.
• Process documentation for department operations
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 5-10 years of experience in related job area or function
• Experience with process documentation
• Experience setting up and working with paint equipment
PREFERRED SKILLS, NOT REQUIRED:
Coating or Paint Experience
ADDITIONAL NOTES
This role will have a heavy presence on the production floor.
