Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $130k-$160k
Requirements: Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on projects for Hospitality or Commercial
This is a full time / permanent position with a 200-person General Contractor in Las Vegas.
They are heavily focused in projects related to Hospitality and Commercial. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Monitor Construction progress
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ Years as a superintendent
- Experience at General Contractors
- Hospitality or Commercial Projects
- Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
