Lead Machine Operator
Location: Franklin Park, IL (onsite, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
Bonus: Generous bonus ($3K - $10K)
Type: Full-time, permanent

This small manufacturing group specializes in producing non-metallic materials into custom, die-cut components for industrial use. What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate converting equipment including die-cutters, shears, laminators, and punch presses
- Review production specs and pull necessary materials from inventory
- Prep and cut materials for jobs, calculating yield and part counts
- Set up, run, and monitor machines to ensure product accuracy and quality
- Record production data and track jobs through to completion
- Help manage workflow and shift between machines based on priority
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Perform light troubleshooting and keep the workspace organized and safe
- Contribute to a team environment where flexibility and collaboration are key
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machinery
- Experience with die-cutting or converting equipment is helpful but not required
- Strong math skills for cutting, measuring, and material usage calculations
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable leading others and juggling multiple tasks
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed
