Your mission
Ensure the right parts, in the right quantity, at the right place and time — while keeping the system record perfectly aligned with the shop floor.
How you’ll make an impact
- Lead with safety: consistently use PPE and help maintain a healthy, safe environment.
- Own receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, and delivery to production workstations.
- Complete precise MRP transactions to reflect every move, pick, and kit build.
- Label all materials correctly with part numbers and identifiers.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage in the warehouse and during delivery.
- Immediately raise any quality or delivery concern to your supervisor and help resolve it.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, order pickers, and scissor lifts as certified; use fall protection where required.
- Meet daily delivery commitments to support the production schedule.
- Share knowledge by explaining warehouse procedures to fellow team members.
What it takes
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and communicate clearly in English.
- Demonstrated material handler experience.
Preferred
- Warehouse experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Existing Powered Industrial Vehicle certification(s).
Physical demands
- Work may occur in non-climate-controlled conditions.
- Activities can include standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and frequent hand use.
- Frequent verbal communication; occasional odor detection.
- Lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Vision requirements: near/far acuity, color discrimination, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Pay
Base rate range for Lexington, NC: $17.00/hr - $20.74/hr. Actual pay may vary based on budget, experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
