We're seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers to join our close-knit team. Enjoy consistent home time, excellent pay with bonuses, and the comfort of driving newer Peterbilt trucks.

Quick Highlights:

Home Time: Home every weekend for a minimum of 34 hours. Flexible schedule options available.

Great Pay: Average $1,500 - $1,800 per week with CPM + incentive bonus.

Newer Trucks: Drive 2021 or newer Peterbilt 579s equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators.

Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match (after 1 year).

Paid Orientation: 1-day orientation with hotel and expenses covered.

Job Details:

Experience: 2 years of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (regional or OTR).

Freight: Dedicated dry van freight.

Running Area: All 48 states.

Equipment: Comfortable and well-maintained Peterbilt trucks.

Pay: Competitive CPM with bonuses, details discussed in the interview.

LEM Trucking is expanding and now hiring CDL-A drivers across the U.S. We offer a variety of routes including local, regional, and OTR, with both no-touch freight and driver-assist options. We focus on driver support, steady work, and a respectful environment where your experience is valued.

Application Process

If your qualifications match what we're looking for, a recruiter will contact you for a brief phone interview to begin the onboarding steps. This process may include employment verification, background screenings, and reviewing your MVR, PSP, and DAC reports. Orientation and travel arrangements will be made if required. Final approval is based on verified driving and work history.
