We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up and Tenant Improvement (TI) commercial projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure project milestones are met
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
Travel to project sites as needed, with a focus on efficiency and leadership
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in commercial construction, including ground-up and TI projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to travel nationwide and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
OSHA certification and relevant safety training
