What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead psychometric design, validation, and product innovation
  • Advance a static Likert-based assessment using IRT, CTT, and advanced modeling
  • Drive test validity, reliability, and ongoing refinement
  • Lead survey/assessment design and interpret complex data sets
  • Partner with consultants and product thinkers to shape future diagnostic strategy
  • Provide leadership to a junior psychometrician

About You

  • PhD in a measurement-related discipline
  • 8–12 years psychometric development expertise
  • Strong expertise in IRT, CTT, test design, validity, reliability
  • Statistical fluency in R/SPSS/SAS
  • Prefer business-focused, applied psychometrics (ETS, Pearson, ACT, Cambium, etc.)
  • Strong statistical + programming proficiency (R/Python/etc.)
  • Ability to translate complex data into powerful business insights
