Job Summary
The Senior CAD Drafter will lead in the support of NTS Engineering and process facilities with sustainable CAD drafting and drawing/design management activities along with supporting engineering project needs across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Engineers and Salesmen to developcomplicated and expert levelengineering plans and Sales drawings.
- Prepare drawings from rough sketches, notes, marked-up prints, written/verbal instructions with CAD, and other designsoftware.
- Translate existing plans into NTS formats
- Developnew drawing methods/processes.
Knowledge and Skills
- Expertin AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Expert knowledge of allNTS equipment.
- Proficient in researching currentstate ofCADpractice.
- Basicknowledge of the OSHA and applicable state and local requirementsrelativeto Trench and Excavation Shoring and Shielding.
Qualifications
- High SchoolDiploma:associate/technical degree preferred
- Minimum (5)fiveyears' experience as a CAD drafter preferably in the construction equipment industry.
