The Role of a Master Mold Technician
Join us at our Houston, TX Manufacturing Facility as a Master Mold Technician; be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our production capability.
- Maintain intricate precision in production molds amid a bustling environment.
- Undertake detailed evaluations leading to essential repairs and preventive actions.
- Craft detailed reports based on meticulous documentation of measurements.
- Command a suite of tool room machinery, from surface grinders to CNC systems.
- Echo precision in handling, repairing, and transitioning Molding Tools.
- Oversight in mold and tooling setups to quality assurance checks.
- Guided collaboration with engineering to foster new processes.
- Maintain a myriad of technical instruments with tested accuracy.
- Develop procedural frameworks from advanced specifications.
- Offer leadership and problem-solving solutions for technicians.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- A foundational High School Diploma equivalent is essential.
- English fluency is expected.
- A minimum of 2 years of pertinent industry experience.
- Defined Work Schedule: Saturday – Tuesday from 4:00am to 2:30pm CST
- Travel obligations are minimal: 0 – 5%
- Option for relocation or sponsorship is not provided.
