We are seeking dedicated caregivers with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team in providing exceptional personal care and companion care.
The caregiver will Provide assistance to client in day-to-day activities and help the client perform their day-to-day tasks that may no longer be able to perform themselves.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregivers’ settings. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus+.
Must have experience to work without direct supervision but always a phone call away for assistance!
Non-Medical assignments:
Tasks include but NOT limited to:
Personal Cares,
Meal preparation,
Bathing / Dressing,
Brushing and Flossing Teeth,
Shaving,
Trimming Nails,
Toileting,
Laundry,
Changing Bed Linens,
Basic Light Housekeeping,
Reminding the client to take medications,
Keeping client engaged and socially active in things they may be interested in Performing Activities / Hobbies.
Monitoring the safety of the client, stand-by guidance during daily activities.
Administer Client Scheduled Needs Chart Requirements.
Observe changes in client physical condition or in their behavior. In case of any changes in the client condition or behavior, report immediately to the Home Office and prepare a writing report.
We provide PPE (Mask, Gloves and Disposable Shoe Covers) to our caregivers to use at our client’s residence.

Experience:
Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Online training available to the qualified candidates as required by the state of California.
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Successfully pass state of California requirements background checks verification and DSS requirements.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and good communication is needed for this position, ... Bi-lingual or Multiple languages is a Plus+
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation with Insurance.
Proven experience as a caregiver or relevant role’.
Valid license to practice caregiver duties in California.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

8 Hours shift
Part-Time When Available
Monday to Friday and Weekend Shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Night / Graveyard shift
