Job Title: Production and Packaging Associate
Pay Rate: 1st shift: $16.00/hr.
2nd shift: $18.00/hr.
Hours: 1st shift: 6:30am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday
2nd shift: 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday
Length: Temp/Seasonal
Location: Oshkosh

Responsibilities:
- Garment Finishing and Preparation: Trim and cut threads on finished products.
- Quality Control: Visual inspection of products before they are packaged.
- Packaging and Assembly: Neatly fold, bag, and package items into boxes.
- Shipping Preparation: Stack finished boxes onto pallets for shipment.
Support and Collaboration: Assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to perform quality inspections
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. as needed.
- Counting and Organizational Skills: Ability to accurately count items and keep things neat and orderly.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with good attendance.
