Join our team as a Production Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of custom windows and door walls. You'll be working in one of four areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall / Casements. Each position offers a chance to learn and grow as you train on different sub-assemblies throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Assemble windows or door walls, which includes measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.
- Lift and move materials weighing between 10-50+ lbs, depending on the position.
- Punch holes into materials and strip them accordingly.
- Utilize hand tools and place flexible glass onto frames.
- Operate machinery, saws, or weld when necessary.
- Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Stock and clean the workspace and general areas.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Knowledge and use of hand tools.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
- Capacity to bend, twist, and squat during the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work inside a facility with temperature fluctuations that reflect seasonal conditions—hot, cold, humid, or dry. The environment is similar to a garage with large doors for ventilation and fans to maintain a comfortable temperature. The break room is air-conditioned, providing a respite during breaks or lunch. Enjoy coolers of Gatorade when it's particularly hot. The noise level is moderate, and the building is well-lit.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
