<p>We are looking for a water damage technician to join our team! This will be necessary to identify areas in a home affected by water damage, setting up and taking down the necessary equipment to facilitate the dry-out, taking photos and sketching the affected areas, and communicating with the homeowner as well as our estimator/job coordinators.</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a tech is a plus but we can train as well</li>
<li>Being bi-lingual (English &amp; Spanish) is a plus</li>
<li>Competitive pay and a commission structure is based on experience</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to effectively communicate with homeowners and our team (estimator/job coordinators, demo and contents crew)</li>
<li>Must be able to handle a physical workload</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record</li>
<li>Must be willing to submit to a background check</li>
<li>Must be willing to be on call as well as work overtime and weekends</li>
<li>Must be willing to drive to jobs all over Orange County and South LA County</li>
<li>Must be able to input data into our softwares</li>
<li>Must speak fluent English</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience as a water damage technician</li>
<li>Clean record</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>WRT Certification</li>
