Summary Position
We are seeking a proactive and analytical **Maintenance Planner **to join our operations team. This role focuses on planning and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability and minimize production downtime. You will be responsible for:
- Creating and adjusting maintenance schedules for equipment overhauls and inspections
- Collaborating with engineering staff to adapt plans to changing conditions
- Analyzing maintenance records and performance data to drive improvements
- Managing maintenance documentation and ensuring accurate service history
- Tracking the movement and status of capital equipment and components
- Reporting maintenance performance visually for easy stakeholder access
This position blends technical insight with organizational skills and problem-solving to support operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in offshore or industrial plant maintenance planning
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of asset management and inventory tracking tools
- Exposure to project assurance or quality review processes
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary technical education (non-tertiary)
- 7 to 12 months of hands-on experience in maintenance planning or analysis
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze operational data
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance
Position Details As a Maintenance Planner / Analyst, you will coordinate repair and construction activities across sites to meet time, cost, and quality standards. You'll interpret data, resolve internal queries, maintain documentation, and support project assurance activities. You'll play a key role in identifying non-compliance, troubleshooting equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Success in this role relies on strong verbal communication, planning, and a drive to deliver with urgency and accountability. You should be comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics, taking initiative, and building personal capability through training and self-development. Your actions will directly support asset reliability, efficient maintenance execution, and organizational goals.
