OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Welder Helpers in the Northwest Houston area.&nbsp;We’re seeking recent welding school graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced fabrication or industrial setting.
Responsibilities:

Assist experienced welders with setup, positioning, and material handling
</li>
<li>
Prep materials and tools for welding projects
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
</li>
<li>
Perform basic measurements and cuts using a tape measure
</li>
<li>
Operate basic shop tools under supervision
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately down to the 16th
</li>
<li>
Welding school certificate or recent graduation from a welding program
</li>
<li>
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
</li>
<li>
Safety-first mindset
