Job Title: Food Manufacturing Blender (Weights & Compounding) – Fullerton, CA
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Manufacturing Blender to join our production team in Fullerton, CA. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and blending ingredients used in food colorings, flavorings, and related edible products. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh, measure, and blend food-grade ingredients according to batch sheets and production specifications.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify lot numbers, weights, and quantities to ensure product consistency and traceability.
• Record data accurately, including batch information, ingredient usage, and production logs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety (GMP) standards.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, transferring materials, and labeling containers.
• Work closely with the quality and production teams to ensure finished products meet company standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing, blending, or compounding preferred.
• Ability to read and follow batch sheets, formulas, and safety procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Experience with food-grade equipment, mixers, or scales is highly desirable.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP guidelines preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
