Salary: $65,000 annually + other benefits

Shift: Morning

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Facilities Maintenance Technician – Electrical to join our manufacturing team. This key role supports production by ensuring that all facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will bring a strong electrical and mechanical background with hands-on experience in industrial facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on facility systems and production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair industrial electrical systems, including 480V motors, lighting circuits, control panels, and other electrical components.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to identify and resolve system faults.
  • Support maintenance tasks across other trades, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as needed.
  • Assist with equipment installation, facility improvements, and modifications to racking, storage, and production infrastructure.
  • Maintain facility exterior and interior, including grounds, parking lots, and snow removal where applicable.
  • Safely operate and maintain tools, test instruments, and electrical equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support overall plant safety and operational goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electrical or industrial maintenance a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of electrical/facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong electrical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • Experience with industrial maintenance tools, control systems, and safety protocols.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
