Job Description

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician (MD) to join our team in Florida and provide high-quality care for patients with acute and chronic pain. The ideal candidate will have completed an ACGME‐accredited fellowship and will deliver evidence‐based care through both interventional procedures and comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients, upon each visit, with a wide range of chronic and acute pain conditions using a multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach.
Perform interventional procedures including, but not limited to, epidural injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation trials, and joint injections.
Collaborate with primary care, physical medicine, rehabilitation, psychology, neurology, and other specialties to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with medical and legal standards.
Stay current with advances in pain management through continuing medical education (CME), journal review, and participation in relevant professional organizations.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, federal and state regulations, and ethical standards in all patient care activities.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and, if applicable, the education of residents, fellows, or medical students.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine.
Board-eligible or board-certified in Pain Medicine and a primary specialty (e.g., Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, etc.).
Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in [Insert State].
Current and up-to-date CME credits as required by state and specialty board.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
Experience in interventional pain procedures and multimodal pain management strategies.
