We are a growing general contracting company involved in bridge construction and repair in Oklahoma. Our team is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, quick learning individual, eager for a ground floor opportunity. This position would be working both as a Project Manager and a Project Engineer, with the eventual responsibility for project estimating and administration involving coordination of subcontracts and materials, pay estimates, purchasing, job layout, equipment coordination, scheduling, safety management, and CPM (Network Scheduling). This position also involves overseeing construction equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as coordinating with project superintendents in the field.

· Self-Motivated individual that can be expected to complete tasks without supervision
· Be able to pick up on different concepts in a fast-paced environment
· Detail Oriented with High Standards of Workmanship
· Good Communication Skills and a Great Team Player
· Strong Leadership Qualities
· Interested in staying near Tulsa to work in our office, as well as roughly half of the time in the field, primarily Eastern Oklahoma
· Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management a plus
· Construction experience a plus
