Job DescriptionExcellent opportunity for an experienced Medical Supply Technician to work on site in Palo Alto, CA.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
• Provide medical supply processing, storage, and distribution of consumable supplies, sterile supplies, and the utilization of automated point of use systems in wards, clinics, and operating rooms.
• Standard of care shall be of the quality, meeting or exceedingly currently recognized national and state standards.
• Technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
• Provide documents upon request to verify current and ongoing competency, skills, certification related to the provision of services performed.
• Manage inventory: Pulling, replenishing, monitoring stock levels (including expiration dates and critical supplies), and conducting daily inventory using barcoding.
• Distribute supplies based on requirements and delivering them in a timely and functional condition.
• Provide information to customers and addressing any concerns.
• Prepare specialty carts and cleaning assigned areas according to aseptic principles.
• Receive supplies into the medical center.

JOB DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Must have ability to do with no training):
• Verifiable evidence of all educational and training experiences including any gaps in educational history.
• Shall be responsible for abiding by the Facility's Medical Staff By-Laws, rules, and regulations that govern the medical staff behavior.
• Must meet all educational requirements and mandatory course requirements, all training must be completed as required.

The Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any vacation awards, holiday and statutory sick pay when and where required. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following one full month worked on an approved SCA applicable federally funded assignment as a full-time (30 hours or more per week) non-exempt ActOne Government Solutions Federal Service Contract Associate.
