Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Blending Operator 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Blending Operator 3rd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the blending operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Blending Operator 3rd Shift
Location: Wanamingo, MN
Pay Range: $24.75
Shift: 3rd Shift
What's the Job?
- Operate blending equipment including shut down/start up procedures, troubleshoot equipment problems
- Follow blending instructions and sampling plans as requested
- Fill out blending records, and documents as required
- Have general knowledge of ingredients being used
- Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements
What's Needed?
- Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
