We’re looking for multiple Production Supervisors to support join our client’s team (Direct Hire opportunities) in Richardson, TX and help them meet and exceed their growth goals in 2026 by keeping production on track!

You’ll be the go-to expert leading customer product lines within the electronics manufacturing facility. As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for daily oversight of production, ensuring line quality, maintaining safety, and maximizing team efficiency. Sound like your kind of challenge?   • Pay Rate: 80-90K

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Daily Operational Oversight: Receive production plans and directly coordinate personnel and materials to ensure that daily production goals (volume, quality, and deadlines) are met.

  • Line Management and Efficiency: Directly manage and monitor production lines for the assembly of complex systems, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and process issues in real-time.

  • Liquid Cooling & Rack Focus: Supervise specialized production stages related to liquid cooling integration and rack assembly.

  • Quality and Compliance: Enforce quality standards, perform in-line inspections, and collaborate with the Quality team to address defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions (8D).

  • Team Leadership: Lead, instruct, mentor, and motivate frontline production staff. Manage shift schedules, attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Support and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) at the line level to improve efficiency, ergonomics, and reduce scrap.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Demonstrated experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), with strong familiarity with complex system assembly

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (Engineering, Manufacturing Technology) is preferred.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage, train, and motivate line personnel to achieve production goals in fast-paced environments.

  • Proficiency in using basic PC applications (e.g., Excel for production data tracking, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay Details: 80,000.00 to 90,000.00 per year
