<li>Model the Y’s values and build positive relationships</li>

What We’re Looking For

<li>Age 16+ (18+ preferred)</li>
<li>Friendly, energetic, and great with kids</li>
<li>Strong communication and reliability</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid a plus (not required)</li>
