Location: Smithville, TN
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Booth Painter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wood products and finishes, a strong eye for quality, and the ability to maintain consistency across all painted and finished cabinetry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finish cabinetry components using spray equipment in a controlled booth environment.
• Mix, match, and apply stains, sealers, and topcoats according to specifications.
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure high-quality standards and color accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the spray booth area, including proper storage and disposal of materials.
• Assist with touch-ups, sanding, and prepping parts for finishing as needed.
• Follow production schedules and work closely with the finishing and assembly teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in spray booth painting or wood finishing preferred.
• Knowledge of various paint systems, stains, and finishing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow all safety and environmental procedures.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Pay based on experience and skill level
