We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Machine Operators to join our growing team across all shifts. If you take pride in producing quality work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Operate one or more production machines according to established specifications
- Load, lift, and position workpieces manually or using a hoist
- Start machines, engage feeds, and monitor operation throughout production
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Make basic adjustments to machine settings for optimal performance
- Clean and maintain machine parts and your work area
- Work with plastics and other non-metal materials
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months of related experience
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- English language proficiency
Work Environment
- Exposure to moving machinery, fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise
- Occasional exposure to heights, electrical risks, and outdoor conditions
