Core Responsibilities

1. Provide compassionate personal care to clients according to their care plans, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility

2. Perform household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry

3. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

4. Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities as needed

5. Communicate changes in client condition promptly and accurately to supervisors

6. Maintain thorough documentation of care provided and client status
