Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Production Welder with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join our fabrication team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for welding metal components with precision and consistency, helping us deliver high-quality, American-made products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

  • Set up welding machines based on job requirements and materials

  • Inspect and measure finished work to ensure it meets quality standards

  • Meet production levels and deadlines for each job

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Collaborate with Supervision and team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding in a production environment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Familiarity with shop tools, safety protocols, and general fabrication processes

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (3-day weekends!)

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience
