Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish fresh produce items on the sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and well-organized
- Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and safety, removing any damaged or expired items
- Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the produce area
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first and minimize waste
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling techniques when working with fresh produce
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive shopping environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in produce, grocery, or retail environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements:
