Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Clerk to support our clients packaging operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring production efficiency by tracking inventory, managing schedules, and updating materials orders. You will also assist with data entry, quality inspections, and reporting to keep our manufacturing process on track.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update production schedules
- Track inventory levels and place orders for materials as needed
- Compile and maintain reports on production progress, costs, and issues
- Conduct basic quality inspections on finished goods
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into production systems
- Support coordination between departments to meet production goals
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and scheduling processes
- Experience working in bilingual (English/Spanish) settings preferred
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in packaging or paper products manufacturing
- Prior temp-to-hire or shift-based manufacturing roles
Required Skills:
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, production systems)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and production targets
- Must be E-Verify compliant and bilingual (English/Spanish)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory management software
- Quality inspection experience
- Basic reporting or spreadsheet skills
