Assembler II
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24 – $26 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Assembler II to join our production team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing medical devices to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient assembly of our life-saving products.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to companies Production System standards
- Support production lines and maintain a clean work area
- Identify and address nonconforming items
- Follow all company Quality System requirements
- Meet or exceed daily production and support time standards
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and product quality
- Collaborate with management to solve problems and optimize workflow
- Report inventory shortages to Supply Chain team
- Rework products and identify root causes
- Perform duties independently without direct supervision
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours
- Capable of following written, verbal, and visual instructions
- Comfortable using handheld and power tools
- Able to read standard work instructions
- Familiar with operating a walk-behind forklift
- Basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must adhere to safety rules and company regulations
