Looking for individuals that have experience with construction knowledge and skills. Skills to install framing, drywall, painting, install doors, cabinets, electrical and plumbing fixtures! Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing to remove appliances. Having a vehicle is required.
Ability to oversee a project from start to finish and manage subcontractors to complete projects in a timely manner.
On the job training starting at $20. Position will pay $22-$25/hr based on skill level. Additional pay and tool compensation available if you have your own tools.
There will always be room to grow with the company to higher positions, so the pay is not capped!
Additional benefits:
2 weeks sick pay/time off

Vehicle maintenance allowance
6 paid holidays a year
Must be comfortable working in tight spaces, wearing PPE when required, climbing a 30’ ladder, following protocols and procedures, and documenting details about the projects. Basic computer skills is required for documentation and reporting.
