Job DescriptionJoin Our Elite Dermatology Team in Calabasas! Position: Experienced Medical Assistant/Receptionist (Dermatology)
Type: Full-Time | Mon–Fri + Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour
Location: Calabasas, CAAre you a seasoned Dermatology Medical Assistant with a passion for both medical and cosmetic skincare? Our modern, upscale dermatology practice in the heart of Calabasas is growing—and we're looking for a polished, proactive, and personable Medical Assistant to join our back office dream team.

What You'll Do:· Welcome and room patients with warmth and efficiency· Take detailed patient histories and prep for procedures· Assist providers during both medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments· Maintain pristine, well-stocked exam rooms
. Answer phones, book appointments
. Check patients in and out; collect copay and balances· Be a vital part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Requirements:· 3+ years of Dermatology MA experience (non-negotiable)· Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program· Certified Medical Assistant (Required)· BLS Certification (Preferred)· Positive attitude, excellent communication, and a true team player mentality
