General Manager – Family Entertainment Venue (Confidential Search)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000
About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search for a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a well-established indoor family entertainment destination. This individual will oversee all aspects of the venue, ensuring that guests enjoy a safe, fun, and memorable experience while driving financial and operational success.
What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service.

Build and manage budgets, track financial results, and implement strategies to meet performance goals.

Hire, train, and inspire a strong team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Develop and oversee marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and promotions to grow attendance and revenue.

Uphold compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices.

Report to senior leadership on performance metrics, highlighting successes and areas of opportunity.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years in a leadership role within hospitality, entertainment, or attractions.

Strong record of achieving revenue and operational goals.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Business degree preferred but not required.
