Location: Longmont, CO
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in producing life-saving products by assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices with precision and care. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices and components using hand tools and automated equipment.
- Inspect parts under microscopes or magnifying lenses to ensure accuracy.
- Operate specialized machinery, including robotic systems and laser welders.
- Perform rigorous quality checks to maintain compliance with GMP standards.
- Document assembly processes, specifications, and test results accurately.
- Package and label finished products for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Clean Room Environment
- Work in a contamination-controlled environment.
- Wear clean room attire (gown, gloves, hairnet).
- Follow strict hygiene protocols: no makeup, jewelry, fake nails, or nail polish.
- Maintain sterile conditions at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in small parts assembly (medical device experience preferred, but also open to other industries).
- Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred (i.e. medical device, pharmaceutical, food production, laboratory, etc.)
- Ability to work under a microscope (preferred but not required).
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Comfortable working in a clean room environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work overtime when needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
