Primary Purpose
As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, you will oversee daily group sessions led by the CADC, provide assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive behavioral health care.

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS)
- Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to document effectively in EMR systems
- Experience working with adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or substance abuse issues
- Knowledge of behavioral health care, assessments, counseling, and motivational interviewing
- Familiarity with HIPAA laws and confidentiality standards
- Experience in social work, intake process, or leading group therapy
Major Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments, review medical histories, and develop individualized care plans
- Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate support services
- Refer clients to community resources and coordinate care with other providers
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed treatment records
- Provide individual and group counseling, including crisis intervention
- Ensure client safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Engage in outreach, marketing for referrals as needed
