Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Nail Technician to join our dynamic spa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional natural nail care services, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality treatments and a welcoming atmosphere. As a Nail Technician, you will utilize your expertise in nail art, sanitation practices, and customer service to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, waterless pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art

• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding guest needs and recommending appropriate services

• Educate guests on proper nail care and maintenance techniques

• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and beauty services

• Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance overall guest experience

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by Idaho state regulations

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Compensation

Commission rate dependent on experience; We have a no-gratuity culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 hourly rate for training, commission 30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Nail care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)

• Nail Technician License (Preferred)
