We are expanding and seeking a Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy practice, where we proudly serve long-time patients with top-tier care. Clinical staff who would like to transition to administration are encouraged to apply along with any Dental professional that would like to further their career. We love to train and mentor.

• We streamline operations with Dental Intelligence and Vyne Trellis for automated insurance verification, payment processing, and recall management.

Your Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will:

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless schedule.

• Verify insurance and process payments using our automated systems.

• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with our team to maintain a smooth workflow.

• Discuss diagnosed treatment and secure financial payment/arrangements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a dental front desk role preferred.

Familiarity with Dental Intelligence and Vyne Trellis is a plus.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and commitment to patient care.
