Job DescriptionCable Assembler – Build High-Reliability Products That Truly Matter

We’re looking for a Cable Assembler to join a team that produces high-reliability cable and harness assemblies.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble complex cable and wire harnesses using crimping, soldering, stripping, and terminating techniques

  • Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions

  • Perform continuity and functional testing to verify quality

  • Inspect your own work for consistency and reliability

  • Work closely with production and quality teams to troubleshoot issues

  • Maintain an organized workspace and follow established quality procedures

  • Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement to grow your skill set

  • Be part of building products used in critical systems

  • Gain valuable training and industry-recognized certifications (e.g., soldering, IPC/WHMA)

  • Enjoy a supportive team environment that values craftsmanship and learning

What You Bring

  • Experience with cable, harness, or electronics assembly

  • Ability to work with hand tools (crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, soldering irons, etc.)

  • Comfort reading blueprints, diagrams, and wiring instructions

  • Experience with soldering, testing, or fiber optics is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • U.S. citizenship required due to contractual obligations
