Compensation: Up to $140,000 base + commission and performance incentives
Reports To: VP of Sales
About the Role:
A leading provider in the final mile, transportation, and supply chain industry is seeking a results-driven National Enterprise Sales Representative to expand its presence with large-scale customers. This remote position focuses on developing enterprise-level relationships across multiple industries, delivering customized logistics and transportation solutions, and driving national revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting national enterprise clients
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including engagement with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Deliver consultative, customer-focused solutions tailored to logistics and supply chain needs
- Collaborate with internal operations, customer service, and solutions teams to ensure seamless client implementation
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of sales experience in final mile delivery, transportation, logistics, or supply chain solutions
- Proven track record of success in closing large, enterprise-level deals
- Strong understanding of national logistics networks and customized transportation solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with national clients
