T12 Technologies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to support the CEO and the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional exploring business administration, office operations, or executive support.
The intern will work in the office three (3) days per week, assisting with scheduling, answering office phones, reviewing documents, preparing communications, and maintaining the office environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and gain exposure to both administrative and strategic business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support: Assist the CEO (Tamika) with daily scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation. Answer incoming office calls and route inquiries appropriately and professionally. Help draft, proofread, and review documents, presentations, and corporate communications. Support the preparation of reports, memos, and internal correspondence.
Office Operations & Maintenance: Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment. Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed. Assist with vendor coordination and facility-related needs. Ensure visitors and contractors are professionally greeted and supported.
Business & Project Support: Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining accurate records in shared company systems (e.g., SharePoint). Coordinate small internal events, trainings, and administrative workflows.
Communications & Coordination: Support company-wide communications and announcements. Assist with drafting emails, templates, and administrative updates. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working closely with executive leadership.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar systems is a plus.
