A manufacturer located in San Clemente is looking for Production Associates. The position involves assisting in the pulling and organizing of raw materials, operation of a production line, and packaging of finished goods.
The hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday and the pay is $18/hour, plus an opportunity for overtime. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Support the manufacturing team by performing the following:
- Preparation of product being used
- Assembling shipping boxes or assembling unit cartons
- Removing plastic sleeves on pumps in preparation for the run
- Maintain maintenance and cleaning standards during changeover and shut down
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance/punctuality is a must
- Able to get along with others and work well in a group environment
- Must wear proper PPE at all times
