Our company is seeking a dynamic talented billing and AR specialist for fast growing DME company.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of Medicare billing and compliance for durable medical equipment
• Ensuring and maintaining appropriate documentation and records
• Establish problem resolution, preparation and submission of appeals
• Daily interaction with corporate administration staff, physicians, healthcare professionals, and marketing representatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Medicare billing and compliance, preferably billing for durable medical equipment
• A two -year degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of DME regulations, HCPC Codes and medical terminology required
• Must be proactive and detail oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills
• Pleasant, professional telephone manner and demonstrated ability to handle issues/concerns with a positive attitude and outlook
• Demonstrated success in problem resolution and developing positive relationships with customers, physician office staff, insurance representatives and referral sources via telephone
• Compensation commensurate with experience, please provide your minimum salary requirement.
