Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Intake Technician specializing in retail oncology pharmacy. This role operates Monday through Friday on an 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, offering an 18-week contract-to-hire engagement. This position demands accuracy and efficiency in managing prescription intake in a high-volume clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage patient profiles.
Process electronic prescription and fax orders promptly.
Request refill prescriptions as necessary.
Handle incoming documentation from the fax server efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a pharmacy technician.
Experience with pharmacy intake processes.
Registration as a pharmacy technician in the current working state.
National certification from PTCB is preferred.
