Job Title: General Laborer 18.90/hr WED-FRI 6a-6p
Job Description
Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will play a critical role in operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to perform various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment.
- Perform tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts.
- Adapt to the pace of the machine, which controls the product production speed.
- Assist in keeping the production table clear by maintaining pace with the machine.
- Rotate on machines, operating them either by sitting or standing for 12-hour shifts.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to sit or stand for 12 hours
- Proficiency in quality check, production, and general labor tasks
- Experience with hand tools and inventory control
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably 1 year of manufacturing or production background
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Closed-toed shoes required

Work Environment
This role is in a non-climate controlled environment where air freshening products are manufactured, including urinal cakes. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Friday, 6 PM to 6 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
