Eagerly searching for a Packaging Coordinator to support the development and execution of packaging projects based on customer requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with exposure to both domestic and international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects related to customized packaging for primary, secondary, and tertiary components.
- Receive and review customer requests, verifying specifications and ensuring all necessary information is complete.
- Coordinate sampling activities and timelines in collaboration with suppliers.
- Support the development of packaging elements to ensure alignment with production schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, codification data, and specifications.
- Conduct aesthetic and dimensional checks on packaging samples prior to customer submission.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address artwork, quality, or production issues and propose feasible solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal performance and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in packaging development or consumer packaging preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
